  I love this place. We spent a weekend in the lovely city of Bath and finding this wine bar was the icing on the cake. You can try samples of wine before having a whole glass or bottle of your favourite, and the food on offer is authentic French cuisine - smaller tapas dishes, very tasty. For lunch we had a platter of cheeses, charcuterie and olives etc, all exceptional quality, served with a glass of wine and it was the perfect combination. We found the staff very good, they were more than happy to give advice on which wines to try, without making you feel like a complete idiot (and I know nothing about wine). There is a lovely snug area which looks perfect for a small party or gathering with friends. I'm now looking for an excuse to return to Bath (maybe a bit of early Christmas shopping?!).
