  Generally good care. Depends on why you go to A&E. Fine for physical health problems.
  
  I injured my knee and went to A&E after it got significantly worse after I'd seen my GP.
  
  They were efficient in organising an X-Ray and an MRI and I saw the consultant twice in two weeks following my attendance at A&E.
  
  The hospital itself was modern, clean and generally had a nice atmosphere. The "Friends of the RUH" shop is nice and well stocked.
