  I phoned and asked "how much to cut a 2005 Polo key, just for the doors?" I was told £8.
  I went to town especially for this, with key.
  The nasty little man starts telling me "It won't start the engine."
  I told him I know.
  He then accuses me of wanting to sellotape the bean from the existing key to the lock so I could disable the ECU security, and starts telling me if I do that the car could crash.
  I assured him I wasn't doing that.
  He then tells me a door only key would cost £75 to cut.
  Perhaps it was because I had my non-white wife with me considering Timpsons anti immigrant stance.
  
  Nasty outlet of a questionable company. Avoid.
